This is a follow up to my previous post (Travis RF-3 System)
Got everything in perfect condition, some of the boxes looked
rough, but all the speakers inside were fine, I guess they got
the usuall UPS kickdrop treatment, and survived : )
All in all, shipping took right at 10 days, but only 8 working
days, and that across country as well
I will do business with them again |

The delivery service was exceptional and unexpected, i can't
believe i got my receiver in two days, and i'm not exagerating.
I can not descrive how well packed the merchandise was, i would
recommend buying from this store to anyone who is a freak about
good service. For sure i will be buying more often from this
store: The attendants were very courteous and very attentive to
my needs.

Well, I ordered the Klipsch Reference-3 Home theatre system,
with the KSW-15 Subwoofer from Sounddistributors Saturday,
Sunday morning I got an email saying the order had/will be
shipped the following business day, and Eric had issued me
tracking numbers, Awesome!
I ordered on the weekend, and didnt expect to even get an email
till maybe monday or tuesday, excellent service in that regard!
The price was great, very competitive, and blew my local
HiFiBuys out of the water!
I'll post a follow up regarding when I get the items, and, in
what condition they arrive in.
Just for your information, the setup I ordered was a fairly
large order (Total of 6, HEAVY, BIG items), and due to this,

What a TERRIFIC find! I did a search on some specific
equipment and up came SD. When I checked on their prices I about
fell over. I saved nearly $800 on a Denon/Infinity home theatre.
After finding such a good price I called and spoke with Eric. I
was expecting the proverbial "Good price, but out of
stock" reply. Loenbehold, the products were in stock and
they shipped the next day. Everything arrived in tact and I
couldn't be happier with the system.

The left speaker box did not have the correct speaker grill
covers.
I contacted your company two times since I received the speakers
and both times I was told that the proper covers would be sent
to me. I still have not received these covers.
